I listened to this interview and thought it was really great. I even visited the site that do the Taguchi method but I couldn't figure out how much they charge so I guess it must a lot. Shame. It sounds great.

Have you used the eye tracking firm, Tamara? Their blog is very interesting. But the price tag is slightly more than I could really afford. (ok a lot more)

And I wonder whether your genuine prospects would make more of an effort to read stuff because it was relevant to the problems they are facing. To anyone else it might seem quite dull.
